NAHT, the school leaders’ union, and the National Education Union are working hard to negotiate a deal with the Government for the fully-funded restoration of pay in schools, but these talks have not yet resulted in any meaningful offer. Teachers, school leaders, governors and parents are writing to their MPs, urging the Government to agree a deal with educators that gets our schools back on track.
